Basically, don't steal from us. Each of the products here take time and work to make. Not to mention the years of study and dedication needed to be able to even animate at a high level, much less articulate these concepts in a way that's easily understood. So please, don't pirate this stuff. Don't share the videos with your buddies. Don't upload to a torrent site or to a warez site. Basically, don't be a loser.
Aside from that, the usual stuff applies. We're not responsible for anything bad that happens in your world or to your computer. Our downloadable products are thoroughly tested for viruses and malware. Also, by signing up for the VTS service you're agreeing to be on an email list that can receive the download links each month. We won't spam that list with useless stuff or sales offers. We keep the communication on task to communicate the important news regarding downloading of your products and any scheduling changes in the VTS series.
If you have a complaint or a question, please, please email us first. We're really reasonable folks and we pride ourselves on great customer service. So if something seems wrong or things don't work the way you'd like, let us know. We want the chance to make things right. :)
