Getting your stuff should be simple ...
If you ordered a downloadable product, the download link to your purchase will be included on the order confirmation page here in the shopping cart. You can go back to your Account and order history to download the product again if you need to. If you have troubles downloading your purchase, email our customer service and we'll do our best to get you a link that works for you.
If you have ordered a Video Animation Critique you will be contacted within 24 hours of your purchase to let you know how to submit your work for review and also when you can expect to get your video critique. Our goal is to deliver your Video Critique to you within 3 business days of your purchase, depending on order volume.
If you have ordered a Live Q&A Critique then you will be contacted within 24 hours to set up a time when you can have your animation critiqued and have your face to face Q&A with us. Our goal is to set Live Q&A Critique appointments within 5 days of your purchase, depending on order volume.
In the event that you haven't heard from us after a day or so of your Video Animation Critique or Live Q&A Critique, then send an email to our customer service folks and we'll set things right ASAP.
If for any reason you're not pleased with your product or you think we have misrepresented its value and content, then please email our customer service and we will work to get you a full refund or an equal value replacement product of your choice. We're passionate about customer service and we want people to be happy here at the Clinic.
At this time we don't sell any hard products (you know, stuff like t-shirts, coffee mugs, ladies' underwear, goats, motor oil or zucchinis), but when we do we'll ship your stuff to your address the way you want it. And that's how that will be.
